These are traditional wooden arrows with natural feather fletchings (flights). BEWARE of plastic fletchings, which are cheaper, but can sometimes cut your fingers. Natural feather fletchings collapse as they pass your hand and then spring up again, which plastic ones don't.
We need to know the strength of your bow, and the length of arrow that you want. If you are not sure of these, please phone us and we will guide you. The length of the arrow is the draw-length, from the inside of the nock to the beginning of the point. | TOP: Steel bullet points BOTTOM: Steel bodkin points |

We now have replica reproduction arrows made to the exact measurements and details of those found on the Mary Rose. They are intended as prizes or to show people what they were like, or even just to put in a showcase. The shaft is poplar, and they are half an inch in diameter at the point and 3/8" at the nock. The nock is re-inforced with horn. The fletchings are seven inches long, bound on in the old way, and they are fitted with a bodkin head. | | They are really for show, not for shooting, but if you want to shoot them you need a bow about 100 lbs or more to get the most authentic performance. £24.00 each (because they take a long time to make). |
