We have been trading since 1973.
All of our prices are the full prices, with no hidden extras, except for postage and packing as outlined on our ordering page.
The prices on this web-site are our current prices, so please discard any old printed price-lists.
We normally get goods into the post within seven working days, but try hard for two working days. If it will take longer than seven days we will contact you. Goods made especially for the customer often take seven working days.
We ask for phone numbers so that we can contact the customer if we have any queries about an order. We never phone people to ask for orders.
We never sell customers' names and addresses to other companies.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Barclaycard, Visa, cheques from a British bank (e.g Barclays, Lloyds, HSBC, etc), or International Money Orders made out in Sterling. We do not take Amex, Diners, or Switch, nor payment in Euros.
We do not process payment until the goods are despatched.
When customers out of the UK pay by credit card, the amount will be entered in Pounds Sterling, and this will be changed to the currency of the customer's country by the credit card company.
Most of our customers order goods and send their credit card details by e-mail, but this is NOT a secure site, so you may prefer to send your details in two separate e-mails, or fax them to us.
We are happy to send your order to your business address if you prefer, but we still need your home address where the card is registered to process your credit card details, so please give us both of these addresses if this is what you want us to do.
We will always exchange or give a refund on goods that are faulty.
We are also happy to exchange or give a refund on goods that you ordered by mistake, thinking that they were something else, except on videos, CD's, or books, and also that they are unused. For example, please try on bracers, tabs, or shooting gloves and decide if you want to keep them before shooting with them, because once one of these is shot with it will be marked, and it will then be second-hand.
